Mo\u017en\u00e1 m\u00e1\u0161 nakro\u010deno k syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><b>Co to je syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\">S novou dobou p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed i nov\u00e9 pojmy. Tento pojem tedy nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b nejmlad\u0161\u00ed. Mezi nejstar\u0161\u00ed se ov\u0161em tak\u00e9 nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. Poprv\u00e9 ho specifikoval <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Herbert_Freudenberger\">H. Freudenberger<\/a> v sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech. Co to p\u0159esn\u011b znamen\u00e1? Jsi pod dlouhodob\u00fdm tlakem a pokud ten tlak a stres nejde n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem ven, bouchne. V tu chv\u00edli se ti zbort\u00ed sv\u011bt a ty se c\u00edt\u00ed\u0161 vy\u010derpan\u011b a co hlavn\u011b \u2013 demotivovan\u011b. Ztrat\u00ed\u0161 nad\u0161en\u00ed a smysl.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>V polovin\u011b roku 2019 se syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed, dle WHO, za\u0159adil mezi nemoci.<\/i><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><b>Kdy zpozorn\u011bt<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\">C\u00edt\u00ed\u0161 se dlouhodob\u011b pod tlakem? Ztr\u00e1c\u00ed\u0161 svoji motivaci a c\u00edl miz\u00ed n\u011bkde v d\u00e1li? U\u017e vlastn\u011b ani nev\u00ed\u0161, jestli ho chce\u0161. Osobn\u00ed \u017eivot je te\u010f taky na prd, vztahy nefunguj\u00ed. C\u00edt\u00ed\u0161 se unaven\u00fd a nejrad\u011bji by ses n\u011bkam zahrabal a nevylezl. K\u00e9\u017e by to \u0161lo. Aspo\u0148 na p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><b>Co d\u011blat?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\">Nadechni se. Zamysli se, jak prob\u00edhaj\u00ed tv\u00e9 dny. Co tam chyb\u00ed a \u010deho je tam naopak moc?<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><b>Zastav se<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\">Jestli te\u010f nezvl\u00e1dne\u0161 n\u011bjak\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt, nevad\u00ed. To se d\u00e1 napravit. Jestli naru\u0161\u00ed\u0161 sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, n\u00e1prava m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. <b>Na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b jsi TY<\/b> a tvoje zdrav\u00ed. Funguje? Nebo v\u016fbec nepl\u00e1nuje\u0161? Mo\u017en\u00e1 je \u010das za\u010d\u00edt. Jestli v\u0161em vyhov\u00ed\u0161 a pak jsi ve stresu, nau\u010d se odm\u00edtat.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><b>Um\u011bn\u00ed<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\">Najdi si \u010das na um\u011bn\u00ed. Bu\u010f s n\u00edm chvilku. P\u0159e\u010dti si knihu od n\u011bjak\u00e9ho klasika. Zkoukni divadeln\u00ed p\u0159edstaven\u00ed. Pus\u0165 si do u\u0161\u00ed klasickou hudbu. Ud\u011blej si v\u00fdlet s prohl\u00eddkou architektonicky zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch staveb. Prohl\u00ed\u017eej si obrazy. \u010cerpej a zkus i vytv\u00e1\u0159et. Nech um\u011bn\u00ed na tebe p\u016fsobit.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><b>D\u00fdchej<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\">Nen\u00ed d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed jako d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Sedav\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u017eivota si ty svoje pl\u00edce moc neprot\u00e1hne\u0161 a tv\u016fj dech je st\u00e1le m\u011bl\u010d\u00ed a m\u011bl\u010d\u00ed. Dech\u016f existuje n\u011bkolik druh\u016f a ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 pro n\u011bco vyu\u017e\u00edt. Nastuduj si je a vyzkou\u0161ej si, co kter\u00fd dech s tebou d\u011bl\u00e1 a jak s n\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 pracovat.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><b>Sv\u011b\u0159 se<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\">Mluv o tom, co c\u00edt\u00ed\u0161. S rodinou, s kamar\u00e1dy, ve \u0161kole. Nesty\u010f se za to, co se d\u011bje. V\u00edce lid\u00ed v sob\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00ed chaos a stres. A \u010d\u00edm v\u00edc se tohle t\u00e9ma bude \u0159e\u0161it, t\u00edm v\u00edce to pom\u016f\u017ee lidem. Z\u00edskaj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jistotu a syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed t\u0159eba v\u010das odhal\u00ed a podchyt\u00ed. Nebo budou dodr\u017eovat prevenci.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Jestli m\u00e1\u0161 pocit, \u017ee se nem\u00e1\u0161 komu sv\u011b\u0159it nebo se hodn\u011b styd\u00ed\u0161, nav\u0161tiv \u0161koln\u00edho psychologa. Je to nestrann\u00e1 osoba, kter\u00e1 ti nebude kecat do \u017eivota, ale pom\u016f\u017ee ti nezaujat\u011b odkr\u00fdt, kde je zakopan\u00fd pes. <strong>U\u017e d\u00e1vno pominuly doby, kdy n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva psychologa byla ostuda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Dnes je takov\u00fd psycholog skoro \u201emust have\u201c. Ka\u017ed\u00fd se zaj\u00edm\u00e1 hlavn\u011b o sebe a druh\u00fd ho moc nezaj\u00edm\u00e1 a tak poslouch\u00e1, \u017ee jako poslouch\u00e1. Tenhle odborn\u00edk t\u011b ale vyslechne opravdu a probere s tebou celou situaci ze zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch \u00fahl\u016f, kter\u00e9 bys t\u0159eba norm\u00e1ln\u011b nevid\u011bl.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p6\"><b>Aktivita<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\">Na\u0161e t\u011bla jsou stav\u011bna pro pohyb. Fyzickou pr\u00e1ci. K tomu jsou ur\u010dena a pot\u0159ebuje to i mysl. Doba jde v posledn\u00edm stolet\u00ed hrozn\u011b dop\u0159edu a m\u00edsto fyzick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce st\u00e1le v\u00edce a v\u00edce pracujeme ment\u00e1ln\u011b. Je tud\u00ed\u017e pot\u0159eba tu fyzickou aktivitu doplnit. Ud\u011bl\u00e1 to dob\u0159e tv\u00e9 mysli a du\u0161i.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Chronick\u00fd stres a tlak na tvoji osobu nepodce\u0148uj. Jakmile se dostane\u0161 do stadia vyho\u0159en\u00ed, cesta zp\u011bt je slo\u017eit\u00e1 a trnit\u00e1. Lep\u0161\u00ed te\u010f ubrat a prodlou\u017eit si svoji cestu k c\u00edli, ne\u017e se k n\u011bmu nedostat t\u0159eba v\u016fbec. P\u0159i syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed toti\u017e ztrat\u00ed\u0161 ve\u0161kerou motivaci a v\u0161e ti bude jedno.
