Um\u00ed to m\u00e1lokdo. Lid\u00e9 poznaj\u00ed, \u017ee se s nimi n\u011bco d\u011bje. H\u016f\u0159e se jim ale identifikuje, co je to p\u0159esn\u011b za emoci. Jak jsi na tom ty? Um\u00ed\u0161 se ovl\u00e1dat? V\u00ed\u0161, v kter\u00fdch situac\u00edch spolehliv\u011b bouchne\u0161? Emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence (EQ) je o sebeovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a porozum\u011bn\u00ed ostatn\u00edch. Mnohdy ti i EQ pom\u016f\u017ee k \u00fasp\u011bchu v\u00edce, ne\u017e IQ. Dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee se d\u00e1 tr\u00e9novat <span class=\"s1\">\u270c\ufe0f<\/span>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p8\"><b>Jak se pozn\u00e1 emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Podle psychologa <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Daniel_Goleman\">Daniela Golemana<\/a> se EQ d\u011bl\u00ed na t\u011bchto 5 \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p9\"><b>Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prazskybarcamp.cz\/blog\/zvys-si-sebevedomi-pomoci-kvalitnich-vztahu\/\">Sebev\u011bdom\u00ed<\/a> je zde my\u0161leno trochu jinak, ne\u017e ho zn\u00e1\u0161. Pro lep\u0161\u00ed pochopen\u00ed si slovo rozd\u011bl: sebe-v\u011bdom\u00ed. Uv\u011bdomuje\u0161 si sv\u00e9 emoce, n\u00e1lady a ch\u00e1pe\u0161, co je zp\u016fsobuje. Um\u00ed\u0161 jednotliv\u00e9 pocity pojmenovat. Nen\u00ed to jen: \u201eNec\u00edt\u00edm se dob\u0159e.\u201c Jsi schopen popsat svoje emoce konkr\u00e9tn\u011bji. T\u0159eba c\u00edt\u00ed\u0161 vtek, jsi podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00fd, frustrovan\u00fd, poci\u0165uje\u0161 \u00fazkost.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p10\"><b>Ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed emoc\u00ed<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p11\">D\u00edky p\u0159esn\u00e9mu pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed emoc\u00ed je dok\u00e1\u017ee\u0161 sn\u00e1ze pochopit a ovl\u00e1dnout. A to i ve vypjat\u00fdch situac\u00edch. Jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 situace. N\u011bkdy je fajn d\u00e1t emoc\u00edm voln\u00fd pr\u016fchod a n\u011bkdy je lep\u0161\u00ed se ovl\u00e1dnout. S emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligenc\u00ed v\u00ed\u0161, kdy se co hod\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p9\"><b>Vnit\u0159n\u00ed motivace<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Um\u00ed\u0161 s\u00e1m sebe namotivovat k pr\u00e1ci, tvo\u0159ivosti a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b dokon\u010dovat \u010dinnosti? Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 um\u011bt naj\u00edt ve v\u011bcech smysl. U neobl\u00edben\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed EQ vym\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed spoustu v\u00fdmluv, pro\u010d danou \u010dinnost ned\u011blat. S vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed EQ se v n\u00ed naopak sna\u017e\u00ed\u0161 naj\u00edt smysl. Uv\u011bdomuje\u0161 si, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba to splnit a \u010d\u00edm d\u0159\u00edv to ud\u011bl\u00e1\u0161, t\u00edm l\u00edp.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p9\"><b>Empatie<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Um\u011bn\u00ed rozeznat pocity druh\u00fdch lid\u00ed a um\u011bt s nimi zach\u00e1zet. Je to tak\u00e9 tolerance a pochopen\u00ed ostatn\u00edch d\u00edky up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e9mu z\u00e1jmu o n\u011b. Z\u00e1jmem o druh\u00e9 je l\u00e9pe pozn\u00e1v\u00e1\u0161 a l\u00e9pe tak ch\u00e1pe\u0161, pro\u010d jednaj\u00ed, jak jednaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p9\"><b>Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednoti<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Schopnost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prazskybarcamp.cz\/blog\/zvys-si-sebevedomi-pomoci-kvalitnich-vztahu\/\">navazov\u00e1n\u00ed vztah\u016f<\/a> a jejich n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159i vysok\u00e9 emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligenci dok\u00e1\u017ee\u0161 rozpoznat sv\u00e9 emoce a ovl\u00e1dat je dle pot\u0159eby. Zvl\u00e1dne\u0161 tak\u00e9 zhodnotit emoce ostatn\u00edch a d\u00edky tomu jim m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 pomoci s jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Um\u00ed\u0161 tak\u00e9 i z otravn\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f ud\u011blat z\u00e1bavu. Ve v\u011bcech nach\u00e1z\u00ed\u0161 smysl a to vede ke tv\u00e9 spokojenosti. Nehled\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdmluvy, jak n\u011bco ned\u011blat, ale zp\u016fsoby, jak to ud\u011blat.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\">Vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1\u0161 d\u00edky emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligenci:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">p\u0159izp\u016fsobivost<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">znalost siln\u00fdch a slab\u00fdch str\u00e1nek<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">um\u011bn\u00ed odhadnout charakter<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">rozezn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed skryt\u00fdch motivac\u00ed v jedn\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00fdch<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">sebeovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">um\u00ed\u0161 \u0159\u00edkat \u201ene\u201c<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">\u010dasto mysl\u00ed\u0161 na ostatn\u00ed, co by jim ud\u011blalo radost<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">um\u00ed\u0161 odpou\u0161t\u011bt<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">uv\u011bdomuje\u0161 si, co m\u00e1\u0161 a jsi za to vd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd (i kdyby to m\u011bla b\u00fdt jen such\u00e1 postel a voda tekouc\u00ed z kohoutku)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">mysl\u00ed\u0161 pozitivn\u011b<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">nenech\u00e1\u0161 si zkazit radost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p8\"><b>Jak emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligenci rozv\u00edjet<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\">Pozoruj sebe i ostatn\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00edch a sna\u017e se analyzovat, co se d\u011bje a pro\u010d se tak d\u011bje.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Uv\u011bdomuj si svoje emoce a zji\u0161\u0165uj, odkud se berou a pro\u010d. Za\u010dni u emoc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed tvoje chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Ve chv\u00edli, kdy pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1\u0161 n\u011bjakou emoci, zkus se na n\u00ed pod\u00edvat jakoby z povzd\u00e1l\u00ed a pozoruj, co s tebou d\u011bl\u00e1 a co se d\u011bje s tv\u00fdm t\u011blem. Kter\u00e9 svaly se nap\u00ednaj\u00ed, n\u011bkde t\u011b brn\u00ed, jak se m\u011bn\u00ed tv\u016fj dech apod.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Zp\u011btn\u011b se zamysli, kter\u00e9 emoce ti pomohly a kter\u00e9 t\u011b naopak dovedly tam, kam si necht\u011bl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Jakmile t\u011b zas\u00e1hne siln\u00e1 negativn\u00ed emoce, zastav se a nic ned\u011blej. Nic ne\u0159\u00edkej, ani ne\u0159e\u0161. Dej si pauzu. Ud\u011blej 10 hlubok\u00fdch n\u00e1dech\u016f a v\u00fddech\u016f nebo zm\u011b\u0148 m\u00edsto.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">P\u0159i sd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed druh\u00e9 osob\u011b pozoruj, jak\u00e9 pocity se v n\u00ed odehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Pokud jsou negativn\u00ed, sna\u017e se p\u0159eformulovat sd\u011blen\u00ed, zd\u016frazni pozitiv\u00ed str\u00e1nky a pozoruj, zda tato zm\u011bna m\u00e1 dopad na rozpolo\u017een\u00ed druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">D\u00e1vej najevo, \u017ee rozum\u00ed\u0161 pocit\u016fm druh\u00fdch, i kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00ed\u0161 \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9 emoce.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\">Sna\u017e se v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu v rozhovoru aktivn\u011b zaj\u00edmat o druhou osobu, ani\u017e bys strh\u00e1val \u0159e\u010d na sebe a sv\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">Neovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch emoc\u00ed v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit i vznik podez\u0159\u00edvav\u00e9ho a ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159iv\u00e9ho vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed tv\u00e9ho okol\u00ed. To ti nejen zhor\u0161\u00ed vztahy, ale tak\u00e9 ti to bude ub\u00edrat pozornost, kterou m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 v\u011bnovat smyslupln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u011bcem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Zkus se te\u010f chvilku zamyslet, jak zvl\u00e1d\u00e1\u0161 nebo nezvl\u00e1d\u00e1\u0161 sv\u00e9 emoce. Opakuje se situace, kdy se neudr\u017e\u00ed\u0161? Co v tu chv\u00edli emoci spustilo? D\u00e1 se situace pro p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b \u0159e\u0161it jinak nebo se j\u00ed vyhnout? P\u00e1nem sv\u00fdch emoc\u00ed se nestane\u0161 ze dne na den. Uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00edm si a p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm o tom, co opravdu c\u00edt\u00ed\u0161, je postupen\u011b dostane\u0161 pod kontrolu. Jen takto dos\u00e1hne\u0161 v\u00fd\u0161\u0161\u00edho EQ.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Vyzn\u00e1\u0161 se ve sv\u00fdch emoc\u00edch? M\u00e1\u0161 \u0148\u00e1k\u00fd trik, jak zvl\u00e1dat ty negativn\u00ed? Pod\u011bl se o n\u011bj v koment\u00e1\u0159i <span class=\"s1\">?<\/span>. \u010cl\u00e1nek po\u0161li k\u00e1mo\u0161ovi, a\u0165 si taky po\u010dte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>\u201eZlosti m\u016f\u017ee propadnout ka\u017ed\u00fd.
