Posledn\u00ed dobou je toho na tebe hodn\u011b a stavy nap\u011bt\u00ed ti znep\u0159\u00edjem\u0148uj\u00ed \u017eivot. P\u016fsob\u00ed na tebe stres. V\u00ed\u0161 ale, \u017ee nen\u00ed stres jako stres? <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">V men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e je tato z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e n\u00e1pomocn\u00e1, kde\u017eto ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e a opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se, je velmi \u0161kodliv\u00e1. Nejen pro tvoji psychiku, ale i pro tvoje t\u011blo. Poj\u010f s n\u00e1mi stres trochu bl\u00ed\u017ee prozkoumat.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Stres pod lupou<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Co to vlastn\u011b je? Je to reakce \u017eiv\u00e9ho organismu na situaci, kter\u00e1 je neobvykl\u00e1, nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 a tud\u00ed\u017e se jev\u00ed jako nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1. V organismu se za\u010dne vytv\u00e1\u0159et obrann\u00e1 situace, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m vel\u00ed \u00fat\u011bk nebo \u00fatok. Mus\u00ed se zmobilizovat v\u0161echny <em>s\u00edly<\/em>, tud\u00ed\u017e je tento stav pro t\u011blo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Je velmi <em>vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed<\/em>, pokud se tato situace opakuje \u010dasto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Existuje v\u00edcero druh\u016f:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Eustres<\/i> &#8211; jedn\u00e1 se o pozitivn\u00ed stres, kter\u00fd motivuje a zvy\u0161uje v\u00fdkon<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Distres<\/i> &#8211; je opakem eustresu, tento stav je pro t\u011blo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd a m\u016f\u017ee i trvale u\u0161kodit <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Hypostres<\/i> &#8211; slab\u0161\u00ed varianta, kter\u00e9 se d\u00e1 \u010dasem beze \u0161kod p\u0159izp\u016fsobit<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Hyperstres<\/i> &#8211; opakem hypostresu, kol\u00eds\u00e1 na hranici tv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt ke zhroucen\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Cht\u011bn\u00fd stres <\/i>&#8211; to je ten, kter\u00fd je \u00famysln\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00fd, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nov\u00e9 pocity a zvy\u0161uje sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, pro p\u0159\u00edklad Bungee jumping, hlubinn\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a adrenalinov\u00e9 sporty obecn\u011b<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Prodlu\u017eovan\u00fd stres<\/i> &#8211; protahovan\u00fd, \u010d\u00edm d\u00e9le trv\u00e1, t\u00edm v\u00edce je nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd, \u010dasem se m\u016f\u017ee projevit jako fyzick\u00e1 nebo psychick\u00e1 nemoc<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 podce\u0148ovat. Stres m\u00e1 pudov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed dodat ti s\u00edlu, abys zvl\u00e1dl\/-a ut\u00e9ct nebo se ubr\u00e1nit a ty mus\u00ed\u0161 tyto zmobilizovan\u00e9 s\u00edly vyu\u017e\u00edt, jinak se usad\u00ed n\u011bkde v t\u011ble nevyu\u017eit\u00e1 energie. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed vybit\u00ed je p\u0159es fyzick\u00fd v\u00fdkon. Jak\u00fdkoliv pohyb nebo sport.
